1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.
You can expect your order to arrive within a total of 5–10 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (HKT) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

4. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Hong Kong

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery status.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If you placed the wrong order, the return shipping cost will be covered by you. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

7. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it to our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without proof of damage, we are unable to issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
